Review design, intended customer, quantity, size range, composition, target cost where available and delivery requirement.

Technical Review
Clarify construction, gauge, yarn direction, measurements, trims and finishing.

Sampling
A suitable partner develops the sample. Feedback is recorded and revisions coordinated until approval.

Pre-production Confirmation
Align sample/specification, terms, quantity, color breakdown, labels, packaging and quality requirements before production.

Bulk Production
Follow production scheduling and key milestones through the selected partner.

Quality Review
Apply the agreed inspection approach and communicate issues for correction.

Packing & Shipment
Coordinate packing information and shipping documents according to agreed commercial terms.

Timelines are confirmed per style.
There is no universal knitwear lead time. Yarn availability, dyeing, construction, revision rounds, order size and production schedule all affect timing. We confirm a project-specific timeline after reviewing the brief.
